京西潭柘寺旁有雀儿庵,在地方志中只有简略记载,而其具体位置不详。雀儿庵是金章宗明昌年间弹雀的地方,建有茅草行幄,早毁。明代有行僧在其旧地建寺庙一座,兴盛一时。明末清初雀儿庵废弃,后人遂不知其所在。本文记述了寻找雀儿庵的经过、雀儿庵的故迹和雀儿庵兴废的原因。
There are only a few records in the local history records of the chonburi temple beside the Jingtan Temple, but its exact location is unknown.
