随着经济水平的不断提升,市场竞争更是日益激烈,各大企业对人才也有了更高的标准及要求,也是现代化企业提升自身综合竞争力的关键。人力资源可以说是企业重要却稀缺的主要资源,以企业的演变过程来讲,企业发展的不同时期对人才的需求及要求也是不同的。本文分析了人力资源管理对企业的重要性,并提出了相应管理策略。
With the continuous improvement of economic level, market competition is increasingly fierce. Major corporations also have higher standards and requirements for their talents, and they are also the key point for modern enterprises to enhance their overall competitiveness. Human resources can be said to be an important but scarce resource for an enterprise.
