中学生心理健康是一个值得关注的问题,而自尊是心理健康的核心。当前的中学生由于主客观原因,自尊品质缺乏,心理健康状况令人担忧。实践证明以自尊为核心的心理健康教育是新时期政治课教学的重要载体。政治课教学应关注学生的自尊品质的培养。
Mental health of middle school students is a concern, but self-esteem is the core of mental health. The current middle school students due to the subjective and objective reasons, the lack of self-esteem, mental health is worrying. Practice has proved that taking self-esteem as the core of mental health education is an important carrier of politics teaching in the new era. Political class teaching should pay attention to the cultivation of students’ self-esteem quality.
