抑制宫缩的药物——β—肾上腺素能激导剂:isoxsuprine、mesuprine及orciprenaline均有加速心率及降低血压等副作用,致使其应用受到限制。Ritodrine系一种新药物。对妊娠及非孕子宫的活动具有高效抑制作用,副作用少而轻。本文应用静注、肌注及口服Ritodrine治疗64例胎膜未破的先兆早产。孕20—36周。每人在10分钟内至少有两次临床及宫缩描记器可查出的强力官缩,官缩平均每小时18.7±9.11次。宫颈扩张平均2.03±1.57厘米。方法:54例按固定常规给药:通过恒速输液泵静滴Ritodrine100微克/分。如无反
