检察诉讼档案是所在的行政区域犯罪活动的真实记录。它翔实记录了罪犯个体的职业、年龄、犯罪性质、情节、作案手段、某一种犯罪群体在特定的时空条件呈现出犯罪趋势,活动规律,社会危害程度以及研究制定有效地防治对策,乃至刑侦、批捕、预审、起诉、审判不同诉讼阶段罪犯的不同心理状况、特征。因此.检察诉讼档案不仅是检察机关开展工作,总结经验和进行检察理论研究的重要依据和必要条件,也是进行区域内犯罪现象研究一个重要的资料来源。笔者近几年对本地区犯罪档案材料进行了一些缕析研究,具体有以下几点粗浅的认识。
