以含活泼氢多元醇为主剂、含-NCO基团的PU(聚氨酯)预聚体为固化剂,制成的双组分道碴胶不能满足在湿度较大环境中的施工要求。通过对A组分进行改性,可获得力学性能优良的道碴胶。研究结果表明:当空气湿度从50%增至80%时,自制改性道碴胶的压缩强度、粘接强度和断裂伸长率分别从48.6 MPa、4.4 MPa和13.8%降至46.6 MPa、4.2 MPa和13.7%,而同类产品则从54.0 MPa、3.7 MPa和3.2%变成23.5 MPa、1.9 MPa和7.6%;当固化温度为5~15℃时,自制改性道碴胶的固化时间比同类产品缩短了1 h以上。因此,自制改性道碴胶在高速铁路中具有广泛的应用前景。
To active hydrogen-containing polyol as the main agent, containing-NCO group of PU (polyurethane) prepolymer as a curing agent, made of two-component ballast glue can not meet the construction requirements in a relatively humid environment. Through the modification of the A component, the ballast glue with excellent mechanical properties can be obtained. The results show that the compressive strength, adhesive strength and elongation at break of self-made modified ballast decreased from 48.6 MPa, 4.4 MPa and 13.8% to 46.6 MPa respectively when air humidity increased from 50% to 80% MPa and 13.7% respectively, while that of similar products changed from 54.0 MPa, 3.7 MPa and 3.2% to 23.5 MPa, 1.9 MPa and 7.6% respectively. When the curing temperature was from 5 to 15 ℃, the curing time of self- Shorten the product more than 1 h. Therefore, self-made modified ballast has a wide range of applications in high-speed railway.
