第一条:为了促进电工科学技术的发展,奖励在开发电工新产品方面做出突出贡献的单位与个人,特设立电工新产品开发奖(以下简称开发奖)(近期内以节能为主要内容)。第二条:中国电工科学技术基金会与中国科协振华基金会及赖坚同志商定开发奖的奖励内容如下: (1)一等奖奉献奖一名,奖金1万元。(2)二等奖创新奖二名,每名奖金3000元。(3)三等奖进步奖十名,每名奖金10000元。对以上获奖者除授予奖金、奖状外,在电工技术学会有关会议上进行表彰;在《电工技术杂志》等学会刊物上进行宣传,刊登照片与事迹。
