权属档案能否面向社会,允许公开查阅?赞成者有之,反对者亦有之。赞成者的理由是:档案资料本来就是由产权人提供的,属于全社会财富,不应由哪一个部门垄断;反对者的理由是:公开查阅权属档案,会涉及个人财产保密、侵犯个人隐私权问题,容易导致民事诉讼,给房产管理部门带来不必要的麻烦。
