研究并发现在退火Ge/Fe多层膜中表面的晶化和生成化合物的温度均高于内部,并仔细探讨了Raman谱的反常,研究了在退火过程中物相变化与磁性的关系.
It was found that the temperature of crystallization and compound formation in the annealed Ge / Fe multilayers were both higher than those in the interior, and the anomalies of the Raman spectra were carefully investigated. The relationship between phase transformation and magnetism during the annealing process was investigated.
