随着我国社会的发展及高校体育教育的不断改革完善,高校体育教育在新时期又被赋予了新的内涵,高校体育教师的职业素质是高校体育教学质量高低最重要因素。本文从高校体育教师综合素质的现状入手进行阐述,同时分析了高校体育教师需要具备的职业素质,并提出了培养高校体育教师职业素质的途径。
With the development of our society and the reform and perfection of physical education in colleges and universities, physical education in colleges and universities has been given new connotations in the new era. The professional quality of physical education teachers in colleges and universities is the most important factor in the quality of physical education in colleges and universities. This article elaborates from the current situation of comprehensive quality of physical education teachers in colleges and universities, at the same time, it analyzes the vocational qualities that PE teachers in colleges and universities need, and puts forward some ways to cultivate the professional qualities of physical education teachers in colleges and universities.
