不可再生资源利用是当今和将来社会发展最重要的基础之一。在经济发展中,我们应该对这些资源持以节约和限制消耗的态度。从1997年开始,德国科研协会525合作研究中心在此领域进行了研究,其研究内容是社会上感兴趣的、有关金属矿产并且涉及到的经济、生态和其他领域方面所争论的问题。本文以采矿废弃物处理子项目(子项目2)和环境子项目(子项目5)为例来介绍这些研究及其相关关系。以这些矿产的生产过程与储量平衡表分析为基础,按特征进行分类,并考虑它对环境的影响,对工业技术原因对公众健康的潜在影响进行数量分析。
The utilization of non-renewable resources is one of the most important foundations of social development today and in the future. In economic development, we should hold the attitude of saving and restricting consumption of these resources. Since 1997, the 525 Center for Cooperative Research of the German Association for Research has conducted research in this area, which is of interest to the community, and issues that are discussed in the economic, ecological and other fields related to metal ores. This article takes the mining waste disposal subproject (subproject 2) and environmental subproject (subproject 5) as an example to introduce these studies and their relationships. Based on the analysis of the production process and reserve balance of these minerals, the characteristics are classified according to their impacts on the environment, and the quantitative analysis of the potential impact of industrial technology on public health is carried out.
