本文报道用心律平、三磷酸腺苷(ATP)治疗老年室上性心动过速各30例,显效率:心律平组80.O%与ATP组83.3%相比较,无明显差异P>0.05。瞬间心律失常发生率:心律平组33.3%与ATP组100%相比较,差异显著P<0.001。故认为心律平是目前治疗老年室上速比较理想的药物。
This article reports the use of rhythm of heart, adenosine triphosphate (ATP) in the treatment of 30 cases of elderly patients with supraventricular tachycardia, markedly effective rate: 80. O% of the rhythm group 83.3% ATP group compared with no significant difference P> 0.05. The incidence of transient arrhythmia: 33.3% of the rhythm group compared with 100% of the ATP group, the difference was significant (P <0.001). So that the heart rate is the treatment of senile elderly room on the speed of the more ideal drug.
