Food storage has not been an easy thing since ancient times. In the age of using “open stacks” stored grain, a “temperature probe” should be inserted 3 meters deep to measure the temperature of food. How to ensure that rice, corn and other food in the summer hot and humid weather does not insects, not mildew? How to make these foods stored under the premise of stable quality, but also to maintain the nutrition and taste unchanged? These are Very “trouble ” problem. In a large house 54 meters long, 30 meters wide, 8 meters high, thousands of tons of wheat like a mirror, neatly tiled at the foot. Here is one of the grain storage warehouses in the southwestern suburbs of Beijing, where grain keeper Gao Yushu is shuttling.
