摘要:【目的】探索圓叶舞草草粉对肉兔生长性能、屠宰性能及血清生化指标等的影响,评价圆叶舞草作为肉兔饲料的饲用价值及应用前景。【方法】以40日龄左右、体重相近、健康状况良好的新西兰兔(平均体重0.95±0.06 kg/只)为研究对象,随机分为5组,每组10只,分别饲喂添加0(对照)、10%、20%、30%和40%圆叶舞草草粉的日粮。预试验期7 d,正式试验期60 d,试验结束后测定各处理组肉兔的生长性能、屠宰性能及血清生化指标等。【结果】圆叶舞草草粉添加量为10%时,肉兔的日增重(28.96±1.98 g/只)、料重比(4.05±0.28)、屠宰率[(51.00±1.78)%]及肉骨比(3.49±0.37)等均优于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05,下同);在血清生化指标方面,除尿素氮含量较对照组显著(P<0.05)下降28.10%外,其他指标与对照组间均无显著差异。圆叶舞草草粉添加量为20%~30%时,除血清生化指标甘油三酯外,其他检测指标与对照组间的差异均不显著。圆叶舞草草粉添加量达40%时,肉兔的生长性能、屠宰性能和血清生化指标等受到明显影响,甚至出现肠道消化吸收障碍。隶属函数分析结果显示,各处理组综合评价均值排序为10%组(12.36)>对照组(11.27)>20%组(10.48)>30%组(9.66)>40%组(4.56)。【结论】在肉兔饲粮中添加适量圆叶舞草草粉能有效提高其生长性能和屠宰性能,降低饲料成本,且不会造成脏体器官损伤或肠道吸收功能障碍,以添加量为10%的效果最佳,但不宜超过30%。

Effects of Codariocaiyx gyroides(Roxb.ex Link) Hassk. grass meal on growth performance, slaughter performance and serum biochemical indexes of meat rabbits

Abstract:【Objective】The aim was to study the effect of Codariocaiyx gyroides(Roxb.ex Link) Hassk. grass meal on growth and slaughter performance and biochemical criterion of meat rabbits and evaluate the feeding value and prospect of C. gyroides. 【Method】A total of 50 healthy New Zealand rabbits(initial weight=0.95±0.06 kg) were selected and divided into five groups, with 10 rabbits per group. The test groups were fed with 0(control group), 10%, 20%, 30% and 40% C. gyroides grass meal daily bread, respectively. The preliminary trial was 7 d. After 60 d formal feeding trial, the growth and slaughter performance and biochemical criterion of each group were detected. 【Result】When the amount of C. gyroides grass meal was 10%, the average daily gain(28.96±1.98 g/rabbit), feed-weight ratio(4.05±0.28), slaughter rate[(51.00±1.78)%] and meat-bone ratio(3.49±0.37) were better than the control group, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05, the same below). In terms of serum biochemical indicators, apart from urea nitrogen content significantly decreased by 28.10% compared with control group(P<0.05), other indicators had no significant difference. When the amount of round grass meal was between 20% and 30%, except triglyceride, other serum biochemical indicators had no significant difference compared with control group. When the amount of grass meal reached 40%, growth and slaughter performance and biochemical criterion were affected. Intestinal digestion and absorption obstacle occurred. Membership function analysis showed that the comprehensive evaluation was 10% group(12.36)>control group(11.27)>20% group(10.48)>30% group(9.66)>40% group(4.56). 【Conclusion】Proper amount of C. gyroides grass in the rabbit meal can improve the growth and slaughter performance and lower the feeding cost. It will not cause organ damage or Intestinal digestion absorption obstacle. The best amount should be 10% and should not exceed 30% in the feed. 0 引言
【研究意义】随着我国农业产业结构的改革与调整,大力发展草食畜牧业已成为社会经济发展的必然趋势,也是实现资源综合利用及农牧业可持续发展的客观需要。近年来,肉兔产业发展迅猛,虽然与猪、牛、羊等产业相比规模较小,却是我国畜牧业中增长速度最快的优势特色产业(谢晓红等,2011)。我国是位居世界第一的养兔大国,家兔饲养量和兔产品产量均居世界首位(陈岩锋等,2009)。随着肉兔养殖业的快速增长,养殖过程中存在的问题日益凸显,尤其是优质粗饲料资源不足,产供销脱节,饲料营养和兔业发展呈现出不均衡的态势。因此,科学合理地开发兔粗饲料资源,提高兔生产性能及减少肠道疾病,对促进肉兔产业持续发展具有重要意义。【前人研究进展】随着对高蛋白粗饲料资源的研发及利用,木本饲料因具有营养相对丰富、饲用价值高及养殖效率显著等特点(常军等,2010;曾斌等,2016)而深受广大养殖户的青睐。邝哲师等(2011)在基础日粮中添加10%桑枝叶粉,饲喂60 kg左右的育肥猪50 d,结果发现猪肉的品质和风味得到明显改善,肌间脂肪含量和大理石花纹增加,且不显著影响其生产性能。Nduku等(2014)应用辣木叶饲喂大白猪和Kolbroek猪,发现在日粮中添加5%的辣木叶粉,不会影响猪的生产性能,且能改善猪肉品质。在众多的木本饲料资源中,我国针对木本饲料的研究主要集中在银合欢属(Leucaena)、刺槐(Robinia pseudoacacia)、二色胡枝子(Lespedeza bicolor)、柠条(Caragana korshinskii)和紫穗槐(Amorpha fruticosa)等的营养价值、饲用价值及品种改良方面(周玮等,2011)。圆叶舞草[Codariocaiyx gyroides(Roxb. ex Link) Hassk.]是热带亚热带地区广布的豆科多年生灌木型木本饲料,其适应性强、生长迅速、枝叶繁茂,是集饲料、肥料和燃料多种用途于一身的优良植物(姚娜等,2018)。据测定,圆叶舞草叶粉与紫花苜蓿草粉的营养价值相似,且钙含量较高,但刈割时期及刈割频度等对其营养成分和饲用价值影响较大(马美荣和徐玉花,2015;余梅等,2015)。李茂等(2013)利用圆叶舞草饲喂海南黑山羊,通过营养价值、适口性和消化率等指标进行综合评价,结果表明,圆叶舞草的适口性达中上水平,体外干物质消化率为(66.1±10.8)%,在粗饲料的相对饲喂价值(RFV)分级标准中达2级标准,属于优良的饲料资源。姚娜等(2017)研究表明,圆叶舞草耐寒性能突出、鲜草产量高、耐刈性好、再生性能强,且叶量丰富、蛋白含量高,是适宜我国华南地区种植的优质豆科灌木。【本研究切入点】目前,国内已有利用山毛豆草粉(蔡小艳等,2011)和桑树茎叶饲料(陈惠娜等,2016)饲喂肉兔的研究报道,但以圆叶舞草草粉饲喂肉兔在我国鲜有报道。【拟解决的关键问题】通过在肉兔日粮中添加不同比例的圆叶舞草草粉,探究其对肉兔生长性能、屠宰性能及血液生化指标等的影响,进而评价圆叶舞草作为肉兔饲料的饲用价值及应用前景。
1 材料与方法
1. 1 供试材料
供试牧草为圆叶舞草,由广西畜牧研究所牧草基地提供。在开花初期刈割嫩茎叶,经烘干粉碎,制成草粉。经测定,圆叶舞草开花初期鲜草营养水平:干物质35.50%,粗蛋白21.53%,粗纤维25.20%,粗脂肪1.90%,中性洗涤纤维38.10%,酸性洗涤纤维27.2%,钙1.08%,磷0.31%,总氨基酸9.38%。其他饲料原料购自当地市场,粉碎后,根据试验设计要求与圆叶舞草草粉按照不同比例混合均匀,经饲料制粒机加工制成直径约5 mm的颗粒,作为肉兔日粮。试验动物选择40日龄左右、体重相近(平均体重0.95±0.06 kg/只)、健康状况良好的新西兰兔,共50只,购自广西畜禽种苗市场。
1. 2 试验方法
1. 2. 1 试验设计及日粮组成 将试验肉兔按照圆叶舞草草粉的添加量随机分成5个处理组,分别为0(对照组)、10%组、20%组、30%组和40%组,每组10只,公母各半。各组日粮饲料配方及营养水平见表1。
1. 2. 2 饲养管理方法 试验肉兔采用双层双列式兔笼笼养,每只肉兔单笼饲养。试验前对试验肉兔进行免疫和驱虫,试验期间按“少量多次”的原则每天分4次投喂,自由饮水。每日清洁兔舍内卫生,定期消毒,以保证每组试验肉兔的饲养管理和卫生条件相同。预试验期7 d,正式试验期60 d。
1. 3 測定指标及方法
1. 3. 1 生长性能测定 平均采食量(g/d):每日实际供给饲料重量减去剩余饲料重量,取其平均值。平均日增重(g/d):正式试验前空腹称取试验肉兔的初重,试验结束后同样空腹称取试验肉兔的末重,计算试验前后肉兔的体重差,除以试验天数得出平均日增重。料重比(F/G):平均日采食量与平均日增重的比值。
1. 3. 2 屠宰性能测定 试验肉兔于屠宰前12 h禁食,仅供自由饮水。测定试验肉兔宰前活体重、屠体重及各脏体器官重等,计算其屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、肉骨比和各脏体比等。
