国家标准(GB2610—81)中没有测量微小拉力试验机系统柔度的规定。本文提出一种用光学读数显微镜装置测量YG001微电拉试验机系统柔度的方法。当样品不能附装应变仪的情况下,此法有助于研究细薄样品的力学性能和描绘真实负荷变形曲线,特别适合用微机对试验机的实时控制。试验表明,试验机系统柔度比通用的万能材料试验机系统柔度大得多,其数量级为2.5×10~(-3)至3.6×10~(-3)mm/gf。最后对测量精度进行估算。
National standards (GB2610-81) did not measure the provisions of the micro-tensile testing machine system flexibility. This paper presents a method for measuring the flexibility of a YG001 microtensile testing machine with an optical reading microscope. When the sample can not be attached strain gauge case, this method helps to study the mechanical properties of thin samples and describe the real load deformation curve, especially suitable for real-time computer control of the testing machine. The test shows that the flexibility of the testing machine system is much higher than that of the universal testing machine, which is in the order of 2.5 × 10 -3 to 3.6 × 10 -3 mm / gf. Finally, the measurement accuracy is estimated.
