运用文献资料法、数理统计法对我国优秀女子三级跳远运动员的第一跳技术进行研究并与国外优秀女子运动员的第一跳技术进行运动学对比分析,发现我国运动员的踏板准确率、助跑速度利用系数较低,水平速度的损失率也较多,第一跳身体重心腾起角度较小、腾空时间较短,影响第一跳的距离和下面两跳成绩的发挥。
Using the method of literature and statistics and mathematical statistics to study the first jump technique of elite female triple jumpers in China and compare the first jumping technique of elite female athletes with other countries, it is found that the accuracy, Utilization coefficient is lower, the rate of loss of horizontal speed is also more, the body weight of the first jump body angle is small, shorter time to air, affecting the distance of the first jump and the next two jump performance.
