研究了HAC -NaAC缓冲体系中 ,邻硝基苯基荧光酮、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵与铝形成三元络合物 ,以试剂的最大吸收 52 7nm为参比波长 (λ) ,以络合物的最大吸收 570nm为测量波长(λ2 ) ,用双波长增敏法测得表观摩尔吸光系数为 1.4× 10 5,络合物的组成比为 1∶1∶1,铝量在 0~ 10μg/ 2 5mL范围内符合比尔定律。方法用于发酵粉等样品中铝的测定 ,结果满意
In the HAC-NAAC buffer system, o-nitrophenylfluorone and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide form a ternary complex with aluminum, with the maximum absorption of 527 nm as the reference wavelength (λ) (Λ2). The apparent molar absorptivity was 1.4 × 10 5 by dual wavelength sensitization method. The composition ratio of complex was 1: 1:1. The amount of aluminum Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 10μg / 2 5mL. The method was applied to the determination of aluminum in baking powder samples with satisfactory results
