在设备维修中,常常遇到如何正确判断设备存在的问题,这是修理设备的关键一步,判断得正确与否是十分重要的。在设备维修行业中,这一项技术被称之为诊断技术。本文介绍了一个诊断技术的实例,从对试件质量问题的深入分析着手,找出了产生试件质量问题的真正原因。这是一个维修工作者深入分析研究,以理论来指导实践的很好例子。
In equipment maintenance, often encountered how to correctly determine the equipment problems, which is a key step to repair equipment, to determine the correct or not is very important. In the equipment repair industry, this one technology is called diagnostic technology. In this paper, an example of a diagnostic technique is introduced. Starting from the in-depth analysis of the quality of the test piece, the real reason for the quality problem of the test piece is found out. This is a good example of maintenance workers in-depth analysis of the theory to guide the practice.
