在新一轮基础教育课程改革的背景下,人们对小学教师的素质要求日益严格,对班主任尤其如此。小学班主任是班级的管理者,面对的是身心正处于发展中的学生,教师的言行举止时刻影响着小学生。小学班主任胜任力是指在学校教育教学过程中能够完成班级建设及管理所具备的一种能力。本文阐述了小学班主任胜任力的特点与构成要素,并从班主任自身和学校两方面论述了提高小学班主任胜任力的策略。
In the context of the new round of basic education curriculum reforms, people are stricter in the quality of primary school teachers, especially for class teachers. Primary school class teacher is the class manager, the face of physical and mental development of students, the teacher’s demeanor moment affect the pupils. Primary school teacher competence refers to the ability to complete class construction and management in the school education and teaching process. This article elaborates the characteristics and components of the competency of headmasters in primary schools and discusses the tactics to improve the competency of headmasters in primary schools from both the headteacher himself and the school.
