介绍8K型机车辅助变流器电子控制板自动测试系统的基本结构和软、硬件设计原理，着重介绍用FPGA（现场可编程门阵列）芯片实现单片机外围数字接口电路的功能集成、单片机实时多通道激励输出和响应采集记录，以及PC机进行测试波形复现的方法。
This paper introduces the basic structure, software and hardware design principles of automatic test system of 8K locomotive auxiliary converter electronic control board. The principle of FPGA (field programmable gate array) chip is introduced to realize the function integration of peripheral digital interface circuit of single chip microcomputer. Incentive output and response acquisition records, as well as PC test waveform reproduction method.
