2009年7月1号,经学校推荐我有幸能参加烹饪专业省级骨干教师培训。来自全省的各中职学校的烹饪专业教师聚集在郑州进行了为期20多天的培训。培训的内容主要有餐饮管理,烹饪交流,课程改革,企业实践等。通过培训学习以及同行之间的交流,使我扩充了烹饪职业教育的先进理念,提高了干好烹饪职业教育的信心,也加深了对我们周边各地市学校烹饪职业教育发展状况的了解。通过交流与了解各兄弟
July 1, 2009, recommended by the school I was fortunate enough to participate in cooking professional provincial backbone teacher training. Cooking professional teachers from all secondary vocational schools in the province gathered in Zhengzhou for more than 20 days of training.
