学校管理质量是衡量一所学校建设是否成功的重要标准,尤其是对在九年义务教育中处于最开始和最关键阶段的小学而言,其学校管理质量的高低,对完善小学教学体系、加强小学基础设施建设和丰富小学建设内涵,起着重要的影响作用。所以,必须加强对小学学校的管理,提高小学学校管理的实效性,保证小学学校能够满足九年义务教育的整体目标。
The quality of school management is an important criterion for measuring the success of a school. Especially for primary schools which are in their earliest and most crucial stage in nine-year compulsory education, the quality of their school management is of great importance in improving the teaching system of primary schools. Elementary school infrastructure construction and rich primary school construction content, plays an important role. Therefore, we must strengthen the management of primary schools, improve the effectiveness of primary school management and ensure that primary schools can meet the overall goal of nine-year compulsory education.
