机电工业开展“工艺突破口”工作已进入第六个年头,我们工业锅炉行业自一九八八年召开工艺样板厂点建设经验交流会,继而又在一九九○年九月召开“工艺突破口”工作现场会,整个行业的“工艺突破口”工作已基本推开,并编制了《工业锅炉行业“工艺突破口”诊断提纲》,组成了行业的“工艺突破口”诊断专家组,首次在新疆天山锅炉厂进行了现场诊断。行业准备在一九九一年度内将对重点骨干企业逐一进行诊断咨询,以点带面推动整个行业的“工艺突破口”工作向纵深方向发展。
It is the sixth year since the “mechanical breakthrough” was started in the mechanical and electrical industry. Our industrial boiler industry has held an experience exchange meeting for the construction of a prototype factory in 1988, and then held a “process breakthrough” in September 1990. Work site meeting, the entire industry’s “process breakthrough” work has been basically pushed open, and the preparation of the “industrial boiler industry” process breakthrough “diagnosis outline”, composed of the industry’s “process breakthrough” diagnosis expert group, for the first time in Xinjiang Tianshan Boiler Factory On-site diagnosis. The industry is prepared to conduct diagnostic consultations on key enterprises one by one in the year of 1991, and to promote the “process breakthrough” of the entire industry in depth.
