2011年9月8日,濠城镇卫生院陆续有因恶心、呕吐、乏力等疑似食物中毒症状的濠城镇中学在校学生前来就诊。固镇县疾控中心接到报案后,立即组织人员对疑似食物中毒患者进行个案调查,逐一询问发病情况及就餐史,填写《食物中毒个案调查表》,对可疑食物取样检测并对就餐环境开展了卫生学调查。
