社会保险档案管理工作是社会保险工作的一个重要内容,也社会保险管理最基础的工作之一,对社会保险事业发展法制化、规范化有着极其重要的作用。社会保险档案的管理与居民的自身利益有着密切的联系,提高社会保险档案管理的规范性与有效性也逐步成为当今社会的热点。如何把社会保险档案这类重要的信息资源管理好、运用好,进一步为社会保险制度改革服务,为广大参保人员服务,已成为社会保险管理部门的一项重要任务。
The management of social insurance files is an important part of social insurance and one of the most basic tasks of social insurance management. It plays an extremely important role in the legalization and standardization of the development of social insurance. The management of social insurance archives is closely linked with residents’ self-interest, and the standardization and effectiveness of the management of social insurance archives have gradually become the hotspot in the society. It has become an important task of the social insurance administration how to manage and use such important information resources as social insurance files well, further serve for the reform of the social insurance system and serve the majority of insured persons.
