“内部培训师”是指除人力资源部之外的其它部门兼职培训师。在大部分企业,兼职培训师是内部培训教师队伍的主体,比专职培训师更具有普遍性、适用性。其实,每个企业内部都存在着丰富的培训师资源,着力建设一支规范化的内部培训师队伍并充分利用,是企业培训的重点内容。一般来讲,企业选择内部培训师主要基于以下三个原因:一是降低企业的培训成本;二是在外部寻找不到合适的课程,或是需要开展定期的培训项目;
“Internal Trainer ” refers to part-time trainers in other departments except Human Resources. In most enterprises, part-time trainers are the main body of internal training teachers, more universal and adaptable than full-time trainers. In fact, each enterprise has a wealth of trainers resources, strive to build a standardized team of internal trainers and make full use of, is the focus of corporate training. In general, companies choose internal trainers mainly for the following three reasons: First, reduce the training costs of enterprises; the second is outside can not find the right course, or need to carry out regular training programs;
