肠重复畸形诊断较为困难,至今尚无明确的诊断手段,仍依靠病史、体检、临床表现和辅助检查进行推断,术前能明确诊断者较少。我院自1990～2 0 0 3年共收治肠重复畸形18例,根据临床表现和病理解剖所见,提出诊断要点和检查手段,现报告如下。1 资料与方法1·1 一般资料 本组18例
