安定是临床常用的镇静、催眠及抗惊厥药物。我科1992年8月和1994年4月发生2例静注安定引起呼吸暂停现象,经及时抢救均转危为安,现介绍如下。 例1 男,30岁。因头部外伤半小时于1992年8月20日9时入急诊科。做CT检查时因患者躁动不安给予安定20mg静注,9秒注完后,病人口唇紫绀,呼吸停止,但心搏尚存。立即行人工呼吸、给氧、静注可拉明,约3分钟后病人恢复自主呼吸。 例2 女,28岁。因胸部挤压伤1小时于1993年12月9日15时入急诊科。因躁动而给安定15mg
Diazepam is a commonly used clinical sedative, hypnotic and anticonvulsant drugs.
