本文试从荷载、弹性稳定、刚度、强度及施工等方面,对我国当前地下压力供水钢管设计中的基本问题进行初步简要的分析,并依据管、土相对刚比,提出了相应的荷载简图及计算公式,为制订我国自己的设计规范作理论准备。过去,电力、市政等设计单位都曾参用苏联1958年颁发试用的《58规范》(该规范苏联已在1960年废止)。大口径地下钢管,每公里长造价达100万元,耗资至巨。对于这样重要而昂贵的地下结构物的设计,目前亟需制订我国自己的设计规范。
In this paper, the basic problems in the design of current underground pressure water supply pipes in China are briefly analyzed from the aspects of load, elastic stability, stiffness, strength and construction, etc., and the corresponding load profiles are proposed based on the relative ratios of pipe and soil. And the calculation formulas make theoretical preparations for formulating our own design specifications. In the past, power, municipal, and other design agencies had participated in the “58 Regulations” promulgated by the Soviet Union in 1958 (this specification was repealed by the Soviet Union in 1960). Large-caliber underground steel pipes cost as much as 1 million yuan per kilometer and cost a lot. For the design of such important and expensive underground structures, it is urgent to formulate our own design specifications.
