未来我国天然气供需形势相对缓和、气价形成机制逐步市场化、冷热需求快速增长,为天然气分布式能源的发展提供了有利的市场环境;国家能源产业政策、节能环保政策、电力体制改革政策,鼓励在经济发达地区发展天然气分布式能源;构建智慧能源系统有利于发挥天然气分布式能源的优势。但目前我国天然气分布式能源的上网电价政策和补贴机制有待进一步完善,并网服务有待进一步落实。随着政策和机制的逐步完善,我国天然气分布式能源已经进入新一轮布局窗口期,预计未来几年我国天然气分布式能源将进入快速发展期。
