针对本质安全化工过程设计和优化问题,提出Petri网理论和模糊数学方法相结合的化工过程本质安全评价方法。采用定性、定量分析与模糊逻辑处理相结合的方法,建立集成化的本质安全指标表征过程方案的本质安全特性。将过程方案抽象并映射成Petri网络中的过程模型,以过程单元为节点,以物质和能量流动为关系,建立Petri网络拓扑结构,以本质安全评价指标为择优目标,评估并筛选过程方案。以丙烯酸生产过程为案例,进行了验证研究,得到了该过程本质安全性较好的方案。
In view of the design and optimization of intrinsically safe chemical process, a method of intrinsic safety evaluation of chemical process based on Petri net theory and fuzzy mathematics is proposed. The qualitative and quantitative analysis and fuzzy logic processing are combined to establish the intrinsic safety characteristics of the integrated process of intrinsic safety indicator characterization. The process scheme is abstracted and mapped into the process model of Petri net, the process unit is taken as the node, the relationship between material and energy flow is established, the topological structure of Petri net is established, and the intrinsic safety evaluation index is chosen as the optimal target to evaluate and screen the process scheme. Taking the acrylic acid production process as a case, the verification study was carried out, and the scheme with better intrinsic safety was obtained.
