目的:结合笔者在慢性宫颈炎合并HPV患者治疗中,采用益气化湿解毒汤联合辛复宁的相关治疗情况,对其临床效果进行探讨;方法:采用序贯法将选取的64例患者随机分为两组,其中常规组采用辛复宁治疗,治疗组采用益气化湿解毒汤联合辛复宁治疗,对两组患者治疗前后临床体征评分结果进行对比;结果:治疗前,两组对比无差异,P>0.05;治疗后,治疗组改善效果更为显著,P<0.05;治疗组HPV转阴率为65.63%,常规组HPV转阴率为31.25%;结论:在慢性宫颈炎合并HPV治疗中,通过运用辛复宁联合益气化湿解毒汤进行治疗效果,效果确切,值得推荐。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of Yiqi Huashi Jiedu Decoction combined with Xin Fu Ning in the treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis and HPV infection.Methods: Sixty-four patients selected by sequential method were randomly divided into The two groups were treated with Xin Fu Ning in the conventional group. The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huashi Jiedu Decoction combined with Xin Fu Ning. The clinical signs of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05) ; After treatment, the treatment group improved more significantly, P <0.05; the treatment group HPV negative rate was 65.63%, routine group HPV negative rate was 31.25%; Conclusion: In patients with chronic cervicitis and HPV treatment, by using Xin Fu Ning Joint Yiqi Huashi Detoxification treatment effect, the exact effect, it is recommended.
