目的探索解决中药处方调配过程中的问题。方法分析实际工作中遇到的情况,提出问题,思考解决方法。结果中药处方调配的规范化直接影响临床疗效,应重视处方名称书写、剂量应用、中药正确给付及用药交代等问题。结论规范中药处方书写,统一调配标准,提高调剂人员专业素质和责任心至关重要。
Objective To explore and solve the problems in the process of formulating traditional Chinese medicine. Methods to analyze the actual situation encountered in the work, put forward questions, think about solutions. Results The standardization of prescription formulation directly affected the clinical curative effect. It should pay attention to such issues as prescription name writing, dosage application, proper administration of traditional Chinese medicine and confession of medication. Conclusion It is very important to standardize the prescription of Chinese medicine, unify the standards and improve the professional quality and responsibility of the swap workers.
