本文采用问卷调查、文献资料和数理统计等方法对陕西省中等职业学校体育教师的整体情况进行了调查,并对其职业心态结构状况进行了分析,探讨了体育教师专业发展动力、专业发展的现状、教师自身发展的需求等方面的特点和趋势。针对调查结果,提出了加强陕西省中等职业学校体育教师培训和发展的思路和措施,以期进一步提高中等职业学校体育教学水平。
