目的检测牙周炎患者和牙健康者龈沟液(GCF)中骨桥蛋白(OPN)含量,探讨OPN含量与牙周炎的关系。方法分别采集52例牙周炎患者(观察组)和50例牙周健康者(对照组)的龈沟液标本,采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测GCF中OPN的含量。OPN与牙周情况检查的关系采用Spearman相关性检验;运用多因素非条件Logistic回归分析方法进行直线相关分析。结果观察组的GCF和龈沟液中OPN的含量均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组GI、PD、AL和牙松动度4项牙周情况指标检测结果显示,观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。运用多因素非条件Logistic回归分析方法进行直线相关分析,可知OPN含量与GI评分、PD深度和AL深度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论龈沟液中骨桥蛋白水平与牙周炎症程度密切相关,可以作为评价牙周组织健康状态的重要指标。
Objective To detect the content of osteopontin (OPN) in gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) of patients with periodontitis and healthy teeth, and to explore the relationship between OPN content and periodontitis. Methods Gingival crevicular fluid specimens from 52 patients with periodontitis (observation group) and 50 healthy persons with periodontal disease (control group) were collected. The content of OPN in GCF was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Spearman’s correlation test was used to detect the relationship between OPN and periodontal condition. Linear correlation analysis was performed using multivariate non-conditional logistic regression analysis. Results The levels of GCF and OPN in gingival crevicular fluid of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.01). The results of the four periodontal status indexes of GI, PD, AL and tooth mobility in 2 groups showed that the observation group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Using the multivariable non-conditional logistic regression analysis, we found that OPN content was positively correlated with GI score, PD depth and AL depth (P <0.05). Conclusion The osteopontin level in gingival crevicular fluid is closely related to the degree of periodontal inflammation, which can be used as an important index to evaluate the health status of periodontal tissues.
