目的采用高效液相色谱法检测环境水样中的生物胺组成和含量。方法以邻苯二甲醛为衍生化试剂,采用在线衍生液相色谱法检测环境水样中的6种生物胺。结果该方法能够在20 min内快速分离环境水样中的组胺、尸胺、腐胺、酪胺、精胺和苯乙胺,6种生物胺的检出限为14μg/L~70μg/L,相对标准偏差<5%,日间精密度为1.7%~3.3%,加标回收率为95.7%~102.6%。6份不同环境水样的检测结果表明,所检测的6份环境水样均含有组胺,2份水样中存在酪胺,3份水样中存在尸胺和腐胺,而水样中精胺和苯乙胺的含量低于本方法的检出。结论本研究提供了液相色谱自动衍生反应进样程序检测水样中6种生物胺的方法,具有简单、快速分离的优点,方法性能参数均满足水样检测要求。
Objective To determine the composition and content of biogenic amines in environmental water samples by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods Phthalaldehyde was used as a derivatization reagent to determine six biogenic amines in environmental water samples by on-line derivatization liquid chromatography. Results The method was able to rapidly separate histamine, cadaverine, putrescine, tyramine, spermine and phenethylamine in environmental water samples within 20 min. The detection limits of the six biogenic amines were 14 μg / L to 70 μg / L , The relative standard deviation was less than 5%, the intraday precision was 1.7% ~ 3.3%, and the spiked recoveries were 95.7% ~ 102.6%. The test results of 6 different environmental water samples showed that all of the 6 environmental water samples tested contained histamine, tyramine in 2 water samples, cadaverine and putrescine in 3 water samples, The content of amines and phenethylamine is lower than that of this method. Conclusion This study provides a method for the automatic derivatization of liquid chromatography to detect six biogenic amines in water samples. The method has the advantages of simple and rapid separation, and the method performance parameters meet the requirements of water sample testing.
