氨水沉淀分离测定锡青铜中 Cu、Zn、Pb、Sn 已在生产上得到了应用。此法优点是分离后操作简便,终点易掌握,但须经二次沉淀分离,四元素又进行分别测定,故分析速度较慢。为了提高分析速度,我们采取一定措施,只须一次沉淀分离,并将 Pb、Sn;Cu、Zn 分别进行连测,分析时间显著缩短,其准确度也较理想。试剂氯化铵洗液:2%,加氨水10ml,5%碳酸钠溶液1ml;PAR:0.5%的酒精溶液;钙萤素:称1克钙黄绿素和50克氯化钾于研钵中研磨均匀。邻菲啰啉:0.5%,称0.5克邻菲啰啉加水约10ml,滴加1:1 HCl 数滴使之溶解,加水稀至100ml。

Phenanthroline: 0.5%, said 0.5 g of phenanthroline plus water about 10ml, dropping 1: 1 HCl several drops to dissolve, add water dilute to 100ml.
