课程标准倡导交流、合作的自主学习,有效的课堂讨论是完成这一要求的重要途径。所谓课堂讨论是指在教师指导下,学生互相启发、补充,获取数学知识,提高课堂教学有效性,进而提升自身学习能力和数学素养。小学数学教学中,教师应善于指导并组织学生开展课堂讨论来提升数学教学的有效性。笔者从营造氛围、把握时机、精选内容三方面阐述在教学工作中的一些实践,并分享自己的教学心得。一、营造氛围,指导方法随着教师不断探索、改进教学方法,“以人为本、以学生为主体”
Curriculum standards advocate exchanges, cooperation in autonomous learning, effective classroom discussion is an important way to accomplish this requirement.
