迄今为止,制备荧光纯的硫化锌原料通常还是用锌盐与硫化氢反应的办法。本文报导了获得荧光纯硫化锌的一种新方法。此法是通过在碱性介质中取最佳的pH条件用硫脲与锌盐反应得到ZnS。在不同pH条件下制备的ZnS的特性用下列方法检定:X射线衍射,电子显微镜及电子衍射,光学显微镜,磁化率,漫反射光谱及比重。通过以上研究得到一个很重要的结论是,沉淀时随着pH条件的改变所得产品不同程度地偏离化学比。对所有的情形都已用间隙中的Zn原子或Zn~+离子及在阴离子空位中的电子作了解释。
To date, the preparation of fluorescent pure zinc sulfide raw materials is usually zinc salt and hydrogen sulfide reaction approach. This paper reports a new method for obtaining pure zinc sulphide fluorescence. This method is through the alkaline medium to take the best pH conditions with thiourea zinc salt reaction ZnS. The properties of ZnS prepared at different pH conditions were determined by the following methods: X-ray diffraction, electron and electron diffraction, optical microscopy, magnetic susceptibility, diffuse reflectance spectra, and specific gravity. It is a very important conclusion from the above studies that the resulting product deviates from the chemical ratio to varying degrees as the pH conditions change during precipitation. For all cases, Zn atoms or Zn ~ + ions in interstitials and electrons in anion vacancies have been explained.
