观察不同剂量的硒对Wistar大鼠肝内锌、铜、硒的含量及肝匀浆中GSH-Px、GSH-S-T、GSH的影响,经水给硒剂量为:2.5mg/L、5mg/L和10mg/L。结果显示:硒的摄入大鼠肝肾系数无显著变化,肝硒的含量随水硒含量的增加而上升。肝中锌含量和GSH-Px活性以2.5mg/L组最高,大于5mg/L硒摄入则反而不降,至10mg/L组最低。GSH值2.5mg/L组显著低于对照组,随硒剂量的增大有上升趋势,10mg/L组达最高,和对照组差异无显著性。三种剂量硒的给予肝铜含量和GSH-S-T值虽有波动,但和对照组相比均无显著差异。
The effects of different doses of selenium on the contents of zinc, copper and selenium in the liver and the contents of GSH-Px, GSH-ST and GSH in liver homogenates of Wistar rats were observed. The doses of selenium to water were 2.5mg / L, 5mg / L And 10 mg / L. The results showed that there was no significant change in hepatic and renal coefficient of selenium in rats, and the content of hepatic and selenium increased with the increase of water and selenium content. Liver zinc content and GSH-Px activity in 2.5mg / L group the highest, greater than 5mg / L selenium intake but not down, to the lowest 10mg / L group. GSH 2.5mg / L group was significantly lower than the control group, with the increasing dose of selenium increased, 10mg / L group reached the highest, and the control group no significant difference. Three doses of selenium given liver copper content and GSH-S-T values although the fluctuations, but no significant difference compared with the control group.
