研究表明,大豆种子萌发过程中子叶和幼苗的有机物变化呈负相关;子叶蛋白质、脂肪、淀粉的分解进程具有明显差异,蛋白质、淀粉的变化与脂肪的变化呈负相关;3大物质的分解与水解酶活力的变化密切相关。
The results showed that there was a negative correlation between the changes of organic matter in cotyledon and seedling during the germination process of soybean seeds. The decomposition process of protein, fat and starch in cotyledon was significantly different. The changes of protein and starch were negatively correlated with the changes of fat. Hydrolase activity changes are closely related.
