脆性材料有两大类,即水泥基材料和陶瓷基材料,应用较广的是土木、建筑、水利工程中的水泥基材料。水泥基材料主要发展形势是改进水泥基材料的物理性能、耐腐蚀性能,以及运用计算机模拟方法、微观结构分析理论等优化水泥基材料的组分,引入纤维(钢纤维、尼龙纤维、碳纤维等)、硅灰、粉煤灰等混合料,改善水泥基材料的延性、强度、耐久性等,或节约水泥用量,扩大纤维混凝土的工程应用范围等。
There are two main types of brittle materials, namely, cement-based materials and ceramic-based materials, widely used in civil engineering, construction, water conservancy engineering cement-based materials. The main development trend of cement-based materials is to improve the physical properties and corrosion resistance of cement-based materials, as well as to optimize the composition of cement-based materials using computer simulation methods and microstructure analysis theory. The introduction of fibers (steel fibers, nylon fibers and carbon fibers) , Silica fume, fly ash and other mixtures, to improve the ductility, strength, durability, etc. of cement-based materials, or to save the amount of cement, expanding the engineering application range of fiber concrete.
