八三年底的上海市技术革新成果展览会,共有展品725项。它是从八○年以来,广大职工已实现的九万多项技术革新成果中推选出来的。内容包括各种加工手段;提高产品质量,改善产品性能;产品升级换代,增加花色品种;节约能源、原材料,降低消耗;治理三废,综合利用;改善劳动条件;提高劳动生产率等。这里只简单介绍机械制造工艺方面的革新内容,供读者参考。一、液压件阀体铸件铸造流道工艺上海液压件铸造厂阀体流道采用铸造法成形,代替了原切削加工成形。阀体流道要求液体流动畅通无阻,因此流道表面需光滑、无剥落物,采用一般铸造方法不能达到上述要求,只得借助于切削加工,从而增加了许多工艺孔(图1a)。这不仅费工、费料,而且增加了液体渗漏的机会。该厂铸造QC小组通过大量试验,掌握了铸造工艺参数,同时改用呋喃Ⅲ型粘结剂做泥芯骨架(见图
Shanghai’s Technological Innovation Achievements Exhibition at the end of 83, a total of 725 exhibits. It was selected from over 90,000 technological innovations that the majority of workers and staff have realized since 1980. Content includes a variety of processing methods; improve product quality and improve product performance; product upgrading, increase color varieties; energy conservation, raw materials, reduce consumption; governance waste, comprehensive utilization; improve working conditions; improve labor productivity. Here only a brief introduction of mechanical manufacturing process innovation, for readers reference. Valve body flow path requires liquid flow unimpeded, so the flow channel surface is smooth, no flaking, the general casting method can not meet the above requirements, only by means of cutting, thereby increasing the number of process holes (Figure 1a).
