Correctly calculating the area of fish culture in the reservoir is very important for rational utilization of resources, fisheries planning and proper technical measures. Wang Yuxin had said: “According to the reservoir design of the normal high water level of 70% of the area of ?? fish surface area.” At present, the area of fish inundation is generally taken as two thirds of the effective storage elevation (Figure 1).
