Influenza (influenza) is an acute respiratory infection caused by the influenza virus. Due to the high variability of the virus antigen and the population’s immune instability to the virus, it often causes an outbreak or pandemic. Understanding community residents’ knowledge of influenza and flu vaccines and related beliefs and prevention behaviors are prerequisites for the prevention and control of influenza. For this reason, we are aware of influenza and flu epidemics among urban residents in Beijing.
