Non-jet systolic clicks (SCs) often suggest mitral valve prolapse, whether accompanied by systolic murmurs or not. This article reports a 10-year follow-up of a 80-year-old female patient who was found to have mitral stenosis (MS) and non-injectable SC when tracing the cause of atrial fibrillation in 1971.
