目的建立测定保健食品中马兜铃酸A的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法。方法采用Zorbax Eclipse Plus C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸(含10 mmol.L 1甲酸铵)(60∶40);流速:0.2 mL.min 1;质谱条件为电喷雾电离源(ESI+),以多重反应监测(MRM)方式进行检测,用于定量分析的反应离子为m/z 359→324。结果马兜铃酸A在2~200 ng.mL 1内线性关系良好,方法平均回收率为105.3%,RSD为0.8%,最低检测限为0.2μg.kg 1。结论本法专属性强,灵敏度和准确度高,可用于保健食品中马兜铃酸A的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of aristolochic acid A in health food by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Methods Zorbax Eclipse Plus C18 (2.1 mm × 100 mm, 1.8 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid (containing 10 mmol·L -1 ammonium formate) (60:40), the flow rate was 0.2 mL.min 1, The conditions for the electrospray ionization source (ESI +), the detection by multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode, the quantitative analysis of the reaction ion m / z 359 → Results A good linear relationship was found between 2 and 200 ng · mL -1 of aristolochic acid. Conclusion This method is specific, sensitive and accurate, and can be used for the determination of aristolochic acid A in health foods.
