本文重点讨论了L波段压控振荡器调谐回路的设计。用这种方法研制的VCO在L波段已达到1dB带宽大于200MHz,3dB带宽大于500MHz的优良性能,并已用于卫星电视接收机二本振、气象雷达一本振等机器设备中。
This article focuses on the L-band voltage-controlled oscillator tuning loop design. The VCO developed in this way has reached the excellent performance of 1dB bandwidth of more than 200MHz and 3dB bandwidth of more than 500MHz in the L band and has been used in satellite receivers such as two local oscillators and a weather radar.
