党的十六届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于完善社会主义市场经济若干问题的决定》,第七条专门就如何深化金融企业改革、健全金融调控机制、完善金融监管体制等问题进行了阐述。金融在现代经济中的核心地位决定了金融报道的重要性。金融报道对于增强人民群众对经济规律的了解,增强对金融风险的警戒意识,更深刻地理解党和国家为维护社会稳定、促进经济发展而采取的重大举措,起到了很大作用。 1999年,本刊曾组织“金融报道剖析与对策”一组专题文章,总结和分析金融报道的经验和得失。今天,再次组织专题,希望在新的形势下,探讨金融报道的规律,为报道实践提供一些启示和借鉴。
The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Issues concerning the Perfection of the Socialist Market Economy” was passed at the Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee. Article 7 specifically elaborates on how to deepen the reform of financial enterprises, improve the financial regulatory mechanism, and improve the financial regulatory system . The centrality of finance in the modern economy determines the importance of financial reporting. Financial reporting has played a significant role in enhancing people’s understanding of economic laws, raising awareness of financial risks and understanding more deeply the important measures taken by the party and the state in safeguarding social stability and promoting economic development. In 1999, the magazine has organized a series of articles entitled “Analysis and Countermeasures of Financial Reports” to summarize and analyze the experience and gains and losses of financial reporting. Today, the special topic is organized again, hoping to explore the law of financial reporting in the new situation and provide some enlightenment and reference for the practice of reporting.
