用树莓液对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导Ⅱ型糖尿病模型大鼠进行实验研究,连续治疗8周,结果表明模型大鼠的高血糖反应明显降低,血糖有显著降低趋势,胰岛素有升高趋势.组织形态学研究提示树莓液组大鼠胰腺组织中胰岛数目及胰岛内细胞数目较模型组增多,炎性反应减轻,证明该药对模型大鼠有较理想的降糖作用.
